Otro éxito de la banda fue "Me and the farmer", tema que se incluiría en su segundo trabajo "The people who grinned themselves to death" en 1987, si bien no llegó a ser nº1.
El maxi-single recoge otros tres temas, de los cuales "Step outside" se incluiría en el tercer trabajo del grupo, el recopilatorio de despedida "Now that's what I call quite good" en 1988; siendo los otros dos temas inéditos en formato L.P.
